I was brought to the site along with about two dozen other people for interview day.

The structure was four one-on-one conversations: three were technical and one was behavioral, and I also got a tour of the facilities. They handled travel reimbursement and I stayed in a nearby hotel, which made the logistics pretty painless.

The day moved quickly but felt organized. I remember thinking the overall experience was good—everything felt coordinated and professional—and the interviewers were clearly prepared. The only thing that bothered me was that I didn’t receive an offer at the end, especially given how smoothly the day itself went.
