My interview process felt clean and calm compared to many technical loops I’d done.

It began with a coding-style assessment in Codility. If that went through, I was scheduled for a technical interview that lasted about two hours.

The technical questions were described as medium level, and the pacing felt relaxed—there wasn’t the usual sense of pressure from the interviewer. The focus stayed on discussing technical ideas and getting to solid explanations rather than trying to rush me.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself was genuinely pleasant because it didn’t feel combative or overly stressful.
