New York, NYPosted May 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

To get the process started, I submitted an application that included a problem set, along with a cover letter and resume.

A recruiting point person reviewed everything, then helped schedule a meeting with someone on the marketing team.

In the conversation, I discussed my marketing background and also talked about what my current role looked like. It felt like the early stage was focused on understanding my experience and how it translated to their needs.

Afterward, I received an email shortly after saying they were moving forward with more competitive candidates. No offer came from it, and it was one of those situations where the decision felt final and quick, without much extra conversation to close the loop.
