I had a short phone call that barely felt like an interview.

It was very brief and mostly turned into a conversation, with the tone staying behavioral.

The questions were aimed at understanding my background and, more specifically, the type of person I would be to work with in a group environment. It didn’t feel like there were technical hurdles, just a focus on how I fit and how I came across.

Overall it was average difficulty, and I didn’t get an offer afterward. The whole thing left me with more questions than answers, mainly because it was so lightweight compared to the expectations I later ran into.
