My first step was an introductory phone call with someone on the team I’d be working on.

After that, I went to the office to meet with the manager of the department.

The flow then repeated in a way that felt like a deeper relationship-building sequence: I went back to the office again to meet with another team member and the department manager again, and I also spoke with the CMO.

The difficulty felt average, and the process felt more like building context with multiple leaders than solving something under time pressure. I didn’t receive an offer, but I walked away with a clearer picture of the department and how senior leadership thought about the work.
