I went through multiple interviews plus a coding challenge, and the whole process felt like it ended without any real closure.

Early on, there was an HR-style conversation where I was asked whether I preferred remote or hybrid. I asked to understand the difference before committing, and the response made it sound like there wasn’t one—so when I pushed on what that would mean in practice, the answers turned contradictory pretty quickly. The conversation then leaned into why remote wouldn’t apply based on where I lived, and it left a strong impression that the contract details weren’t being handled transparently.

After that, the interviews and coding challenge continued in the same overall pattern—no clear warning
