The interviews felt respectful and the interviewers were friendly throughout.

My sequence included a recruiter conversation, two live coding rounds, and then an interview with a VP.

Recruiter and the live coding parts were fairly clear about what I needed to prepare in advance, which made it easier to mentally switch contexts between rounds. The VP conversation was the only one that felt vague ahead of time — it wasn’t clear what exact topic areas would come up — but the overall tone remained professional. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the experience was at least well-mannered and organized compared to other processes I’d seen.
