Sberbank Software Engineer interview experience

The team asked practical coding questions, and what I remember most is that the feedback was constructive while the atmosphere stayed friendly.

It felt supportive, like the goal was to understand how I work through problems rather than to catch me off guard. I didn’t get the impression that the session was overly stressful or overly combative, which made it easier to stay coherent and explain my thinking as I went.
