Sberbank Software Engineer interview experience

Across the rounds, the questions stayed pretty simple—more like a junior+ level fit even though the position felt closer to middle.

What stood out was how quickly it moved end-to-end: it didn’t take long, less than a month. I also remember walking through the process without feeling overwhelmed, and the final result was positive—I got an offer. Looking back, the biggest impression was how low-friction the questioning felt compared to what I expected from a bank interview.
