I went through a three-round selection process, with each round lasting about an hour.

The questions were straightforward and largely tied to my previous experience, rather than anything overly trick-focused. The way the interviews were conducted felt polished and professional, with an emphasis on business ethics and a respectful tone throughout.

I really liked the pacing and clarity of the questions, and the experience left me genuinely positive about the team and the bank’s IT culture. Even though I didn’t end up with an offer, I walked away happy with how professional everything felt.
