Saviynt Software Engineer interview experience

I remember the panel as genuinely intelligent and respectful throughout the conversation, which made the whole day feel more constructive than adversarial. We spent time talking about my background and fit, and I left with the sense that they took the interaction seriously.

The role I was being considered for ended up being in the US team context, and the process reflected that focus on placement and team alignment. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the interview itself was memorable mainly for the tone—professional, attentive, and not rushed.
