Saviynt Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

BengaluruPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The overall experience felt good throughout, and the communication was decent.

They told me there would be four rounds, but the process ended up taking five rounds instead, which was the only thing that really stood out as off.

Other than that extra round, the interviews went fine, and I couldn’t really pin down why the process didn’t end with an offer. I didn’t feel clear about the company yet.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the unpredictability in the number of rounds made it harder to mentally track how the process was going, even though the conversations themselves were okay.
