My interview was built around three conversations: a team member discussion, a hiring manager discussion, and an HR round.

The team-focused part leaned heavily on the tech stack—mostly questions about technologies and how I’d used them.

Then the hiring manager round shifted tone. Instead of staying purely technical, it leaned toward understanding how I work with the team and how I think about collaboration and execution. The final HR conversation was the lightest and centered on payroll-related discussion.

It felt smooth overall, even though it didn’t lead to an offer. My reflection was that the process wasn’t trying to trick me on specific concepts; it was trying to map my background to teamwork and logistics
