Saviynt Software Engineer interview experience

I went through two rounds total—one technical and one HR—and the process felt organized rather than random.

In the technical round, I started with a quick conversation where they drew from my background and then asked a DSA-style problem to solve. After that, the HR round was more about how I handled different situations, with the tone staying friendly and interactive.

Even though it went well, I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the interviewers seemed genuinely engaged, but the competition and difficulty still meant that good communication alone wasn’t enough to make it through.
