This one felt painfully drawn out and frustrating.

I went through interviews, but the process didn’t translate into any clear follow-up—the company took the time for interviews, yet no offer ever came. What bothered me most was the lack of urgency and structure: every stage dragged on for months.

It was also hard to reconcile with how disorganized it felt, because there didn’t seem to be an HR team coordinating things or communicating what was happening. By the time I realized there would be no offer, the experience didn’t just end without a decision—it felt like my time had been treated carelessly.
