Sage Account Executive interview experience

There wasn’t a separate online test for the role, but I did have online interview questions to complete ahead of the in-person conversation. They were the kind of scenario-based prompts you’d expect for sales—situations where they wanted to see how I’d react and reason through the next step.

Overall, the experience felt light and straightforward, and the main interview matched that tone. When I got to the later stage, it shifted into a more hands-on evaluation focused on how I would handle real prospect interactions, including objections and fit for the role’s pace.
