I got reached out by a recruiter and ended up moving through the process without much direction on what to expect.

The first interview itself felt like it went pretty well, but then it went quiet for about two weeks. When I finally heard back, the recruiter wanted to move forward—except the sales manager who was supposed to attend the first round never joined. For the next meeting, I sat in a Teams call waiting for around 25 minutes and had to chase the recruiter and HR because nobody showed.

The following day, I was told they were “changing gears” and shifting focus to hiring in another location. The whole thing felt comically unprofessional, and the momentum never really recovered after that no-show
