After a recruiter call, I moved into a straightforward sequence where the people I met were friendly and responsive.

I started with an HR conversation where they checked in and kept me updated as I progressed, then I spoke with the head of the team. From there, I went through an interview with multiple people that felt like a “day in the life” discussion—how I would handle specific tasks and how I would think through the role.

The vibe was comfortable, not overly adversarial. I also appreciated that expectations were discussed in a sincere way, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting long when it came time for a decision call. Overall it felt like a smooth process where communication matched the effort
