I did my interview virtually, and it was handled professionally from start to finish.

The interviewers were kind, and even though there were a couple of technical hiccups, the whole thing still ran efficiently.

What I appreciated most was getting to speak with leadership. Instead of only focusing on surface-level background questions, I had the chance to hear their perspectives and better understand how they were thinking about the business and the role.

Difficulty-wise, it felt tough in the sense of being more substantive than lightweight, but not hostile or overly strenuous. I didn’t end up with an offer, though the tone left me feeling respected and genuinely heard.
