Sage Account Executive interview experience

There was plenty of back-and-forth, and I was able to talk candidly about the sales approaches that had worked for me. I didn’t get the sense that I was being funneled through a rigid script.

Just as important, I could ask questions that helped me feel comfortable. The whole thing made it easier to discuss how I’d operate day to day, and the tone stayed grounded and respectful.

It ended without an offer, but it left me with a clear impression that the interviewers were trying to understand my fit rather than just interrogate my background.
