I went through a straight-forward sequence: an initial phone call, then two face-to-face meetings.

They wanted to see both my work ethic and my sales skills, and the structure matched that.

The face-to-face rounds included meeting my manager and then her colleague, and the conversations were focused on how I’d approach the role day to day and how I’d show up in practice. The final step was meeting the VP to get final approval.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt fairly normal and progressive, and I remember it as more about demonstrating how I worked than about anything overly theoretical.
