I went through a fairly short process—just two interviews—and it didn’t feel like they were asking me a ton of questions.

The whole vibe was that they were looking for a specific kind of background, and they specifically seemed to prefer people without college experience.

What stuck with me after the fact was the sense of turnover and thinning out. When I got to the later points of the process, I heard that some senior sales people had recently moved on, and it felt like they were doing a bit of a cull rather than building carefully from a long shortlist. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the process felt more like a quick filter than a deep evaluation.
