After applying online, I got a phone screening from a recruiter.

About a week later, I had an interview with a hiring manager who went through my resume and work history, and that led into a mock interview with both him and a senior manager. At the end, they told me I’d done great and that I’d move forward—then they actually scheduled the next outbound manager interview on the spot.

A few days before that, I reached out to confirm details and got hit with a reschedule. I was told the recruiter would follow up by a certain day, but the time slipped by. I reached out again for insight, and they said they were still trying to find time that week.
