My interview process dragged out over multiple rounds—roughly four or five interviews with four or five different people.

It felt long and, at times, discouraging, especially because it wasn’t always clear which exact team I was being assessed for.

That uncertainty made the whole thing harder to stay motivated through, because I couldn’t anchor my answers to a specific team’s needs. Instead, the process depended on company priorities at the moment I applied, and that shift made the experience feel less transparent.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest reflection I have was that the number of interviews and the lack of clarity about team alignment made it more tiring than it needed to be.
