RTX Systems Engineer interview experience

There weren’t technical questions thrown in, which made the session feel much easier to navigate.

The interviewer was also clear about timing—when I would hear back—and they gave enough room at the end for me to ask questions. That last part mattered to me because it didn’t feel rushed.

Overall it felt easy: more about fit and how I communicate than about proving technical depth. I left feeling like the process had been respectful and comfortable.
