My onsite interview at the Tucson facility was done by a panel with multiple senior roles represented, including a program chief engineer, a program lead systems engineer, the hiring manager, and a program systems integrated product team leader.

The panel format meant the discussion didn’t revolve around just one interviewer’s preferences.

The report didn’t list specific question types, but the composition of the panel made it feel serious and role-connected. It also suggested they were evaluating my fit from multiple angles, since the group included both engineering leadership and program leadership perspectives.

It landed in the average difficulty range for me simply because panel interviews can be demanding, even when the conversation is professional.
