RTX Systems Engineer interview experience

I was asked about my projects and my problem-solving approach, and the conversation included technical questions that connected to the basics—questions around diodes and impedance, and calculating current in a simple resistor circuit. Even when the format felt casual, the interviewer kept digging for understanding rather than buzzwords.

There was also a “choose what you want to talk about” element, where I could lean into technical topics from my background. I ended up discussing past experience from my resume and how I would handle other technical scenarios, and they probed enough to make
