Roima Intelligence Software Engineer interview experience

In the session, it seemed like the presentation and the team’s communication weren’t in sync—questions from students didn’t get answered in a helpful way, and it came across like feedback only mattered after selection.

The technical questions themselves were pitched at a hire-level Node.js and React focus, which ended up being very hard for me to handle under the circumstances. By the end, I was told I wasn’t a perfect match.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main thing I remember was the lack of clarity and the way the interaction discouraged genuine problem-solving rather than testing it.
