Roima Intelligence Software Engineer interview experience

The technical interview was tied to a project I had created, so it was less about random trivia and more about explaining decisions and walking through how the work actually functioned.

HR came next and focused on basic fit questions and conversation, which felt easier to navigate than the technical screen. Even with that, I didn’t end up getting an offer.

The part that lingered with me was how high the expectations were overall compared to how the earlier stages were described. I felt like a strong project helped, but the overall bar across the process was still very strict.
