Rockstar Games Software Engineer interview experience

It was more of a personality and company-fit conversation where they wanted me to talk openly, including hobbies and interests outside of work. I also ended up bringing up my favorite games, and that seemed to land well.

It felt like an intentionally warm, casual start. Even though it didn’t assess technical skills directly, it helped me get comfortable before later steps.
