Rockstar Games Software Engineer interview experience

First came an HR screening, then a CoderPad code test with basic coding questions that didn’t go beyond LeetCode-medium territory. After that, there was a technical interview and then a behavioral assessment.

I was expecting an additional final, on-site round, but I didn’t make it that far. Even though each individual step felt like a normal progression, the end came earlier than the overall plan suggested, and the rejection was simply the closing event of the process.
