Carlsbad, CAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I began with a recruiter screening and an online assessment that combined database design with algorithm-style coding.

After that, I had a Zoom technical interview.

The last stage was an onsite set of conversations that included live coding, a design session, and what was described as a personality discussion. Altogether it felt like a fairly complete evaluation of technical execution and how I worked under different formats.

I didn’t get the offer. Looking back, the process felt structured and role-focused, but it also made me realize how much they rely on the onsite rounds to separate candidates once the earlier screening is done.
