Carlsbad, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an email back that included follow-up questions after I submitted my application.

After that, the process moved quickly into a code interview and then an assessment that felt familiar to LeetCode-style problems.

Even though the questions were within a normal range of difficulty, I didn’t end up getting the offer. The overall feel was more about demonstrating competence through the test than having a deep back-and-forth interview conversation, and that made the outcome feel tightly tied to performance on the assessments.
