My interview happened in iterations, and the difficulty ramped up each step.

The company felt very professional throughout. The first stage was a recruiter call, and the last stage was an interview with the team.

What I liked most was that the format felt discussion-based rather than overly pressured. I was able to talk through topics comfortably and cover what mattered to me, instead of just being pushed through rapid-fire questions.

I did end up with an offer. When I reflect on it now, the main thing that stands out is how smoothly the conversations flowed even as the questions became more demanding.
