I started the process by scheduling an interview via email, and the recruiter was friendly and made it feel relaxed.

After that, I hit a Codility stage that was honestly insanely hard for me. The test had three coding problems: the first was medium difficulty, and the other two were very hard.

The difficulty level stood out immediately—it felt like they were looking for a level of problem-solving I wasn’t matching that day. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how sharp the ramp-up was after a pleasant recruiter interaction.
