Boston, MAPosted Feb 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and got a response by email the very next day, which immediately included a skills test with a 24-hour deadline.

The test was fairly easy—basic programming questions—and it took me about two hours. I was confident in my answers and sent it back the same day.

Right away, I received a generic rejection the same day. When I followed up asking for feedback, I got no response at all. Honestly, I was annoyed because it felt like I spent time on their test for no meaningful reason, and the process offered zero clarity after I completed it.
