Recruiters were genuinely helpful and friendly, and I was even able to reschedule the test to a time that worked better for me.

The rest of the process felt manageable, and the coding test was the hardest part.

The test itself was a little difficult, but it didn’t feel impossible once I focused on it. I didn’t receive an offer, though, and the experience overall left me with the impression that the process was fair in how they evaluated coding ability.

My honest reflection was that the human side was good—supportive scheduling—but the bar for the test was still high enough that I didn’t make it through.
