Reynolds and Reynolds Software Engineer interview experience

My process started with a long assessment that felt a bit rapid-fire, especially toward the end where there were long math word problems.

I thought I did well overall, but the final section left me feeling worn out and uncertain.

After the test, I got an email for a phone interview. The phone call went as expected, and I was told I’d receive information about what came next. Instead, I received a rejection about a week later.

What surprised me most was how abrupt the result felt after the phone conversation—there wasn’t any real follow-through. I didn’t get the offer, and I still felt like the last part of the assessment was the only thing that could’ve swung the decision, even though I’d otherwise felt confident.
