My process with Reynolds and Reynolds felt organized and professional from the start.

Each step had clear communication, and nothing seemed to drag without explanation—though it still came across as thorough and detail-oriented, which is part of why it felt lengthy.

I didn’t experience it as chaotic or confusing; it just required patience. The overall tone was that they were looking for a long-term match rather than rushing through decisions. In the end, I didn’t move forward, but I walked away feeling like the process itself was deliberate, even if it consumed more time than I expected.
