Reynolds and Reynolds Software Engineer interview experience

The outreach led to a video interview, and it followed the usual structure with common questions about my background and fit. It didn’t feel hostile or chaotic—just fairly standard.

Later, after the interview, they let me know they had decided not to continue with the hiring process. One detail that stood out was that they mentioned a cheek swab later in the process, but in the end it never moved forward. Overall the whole thing felt quick and routine, even though I didn’t get past that initial stage.
