Houston, TXPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial assessment step, the process moved into an onsite aptitude test and then an interview with a technical recruiter.

The order was very clear and structured, but it still felt centered on passing the right tests before getting deeper into discussion.

I wasn’t selected for the later rounds after the technical recruiter conversation. The part that surprised me was how the process ended right there, since I made it through the initial gates. I left with the impression that the assessment results carried most of the weight in the decision-making.
