My process stretched out over a couple of months, and it dragged mostly because scheduling and follow-ups took a long time.

I remember how little technical depth there was in the conversations—I mainly got behavioral questions, and nothing felt overly complicated.

I also went through a situation where I got pulled into multiple stages over more than a month—like 4 or 5 steps—without anything truly technical happening. The overall experience felt inefficient and slow, ending with an automated “we appreciate your time” rejection email that showed up after I’d been waiting.

In another pass that still followed the same broad rhythm, I had to complete a lengthy online assessment before moving into two interviews.
