I interviewed for a Software Engineer track and the round I completed was very specialized and different from the typical Java/OOP + SQL flow.

Platform/system operations technical interview (about an hour) — I discussed configuration, events, and operations management, including business rules, script details, and glide query/records.
Access control and navigation — I was questioned on how to navigate the platform and how IAM/ACL are used. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that success depended on understanding a specific platform’s operational model, not just general coding basics.
