I interviewed for Software Engineer and experienced an overall average-difficulty hiring drive with a mix of tests, communication checks, and a faster path into training if I passed.

Online test / coding assessment — I completed an initial evaluation that included aptitude and basic programming concepts.
Communication assessment — I went through a separate communication/HR-style screening.
Online technical interview — I discussed my project and faced job-language questions (Java), plus fundamentals like OOP.
Framework/stack-focused discussion (where applicable) — I was asked about the Spring/Spring Boot stack and what I built in my project.
HR interview — a final check around my goals and fit, with logistics tied to the training program.
