The interview process was long and involved, and I ended up doing four interviews out of five total because I didn’t make it far enough to complete the last one.

The first three interviews felt relatively easy and normal compared to what came next.

The fourth interview was the pivot point: they gave me a case and gave me a week to prepare. I didn’t do well on that final prepared assessment, and that was what kept me from proceeding.

I didn’t receive the offer. The result was disappointing because I had managed to get through the earlier rounds, but the case preparation round clearly became the deciding factor.
