My process was only four rounds, and it felt fairly direct.

The first round was behavioral, then I did another behavioral conversation with an SDR manager. After that, there was a mock email and a cold call with three people, which was the most practical-feeling part of the loop. The final round was another behavioral discussion, this time with the hiring manager.

Overall the emphasis came through pretty clearly: they cared a lot about fit, and they wanted to see that I was hardworking. I didn’t get the sense that it was purely about having the “right” resume story—more about how I showed up and the energy behind my answers.
