My Ramp interview ended up taking a very long time, and I worked through multiple steps until I reached the final round.

The process itself was effort-heavy enough that I stayed hopeful the whole way.

Once I got to the end, I didn’t receive an offer. It was especially frustrating because I had already put in so much time and energy to get that far, and the final decision felt like a hard stop rather than something that matched the investment.

I left the experience feeling irritated and deflated. The toughest part wasn’t just the “no”—it was the combination of how far it went and how little it changed my result at the very end.
