My process felt biased and also surprisingly short.

A lot of the conversation emphasized the product and personal connections within the company, and that tone never quite felt fair to me.

The first round involved answering three questions on a video, so the initial step was already constrained. Between the short format and the way they leaned into internal familiarity, I didn’t like the overall vibe.

I didn’t receive an offer, and I left the experience not as motivated as I’d expected, mostly because the process didn’t feel like it was judging me purely on my experience.
