Quess Singapore Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Negative

BengaluruPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience with Quess’s interview team was honestly bad.

The process felt poorly handled, with no real respect for the candidate experience and weak team management.

There was also a strong negative feeling around how HR interacted, and I didn’t want to continue with the company after that. Even though the details of each technical step weren’t spelled out, the way the process was managed left me with a clear impression that I shouldn’t join.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that good interview performance can’t fix a broken candidate experience—how people treat you during the process changes everything.
