Quess Singapore Software Engineer interview experience

Most questions were tied to the role and my background—things like my network and what I had done during my internship, plus what I learned from it.

There were also questions that felt more like foundation checks, including what Windows features are, what networking is, and how Ubuntu compares with Windows. They asked me to describe key differences, and I remember the tone being straightforward.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stayed with me most was how much the process focused on foundational knowledge and communication around everyday concepts rather than deeper scenario work.
